Commerce operations, one manifest

Know what you have, what shipped, and what they thought of it.

Manifest keeps stock straight across every channel you sell on, tracks every order from placed to delivered, and pulls every review into one inbox — so you find out about a problem from Manifest, not from a customer.

01 / THE GAP

You find out you're out of stock from an angry email.

Inventory lives in one spreadsheet, orders in three different dashboards, and reviews wherever a customer happened to leave one. Nothing talks to anything else.

a. Stock drifts out of sync

You sell the same item on your site, Etsy and Amazon. Update one channel, forget the other two, and now you're selling something you don't have.

b. "Where's my order" eats the day

Half of support is answering a question the carrier already answered — if anyone had bothered to check and tell the customer first.

c. A bad review sits for a week

By the time someone notices the one-star review, it's been live long enough to cost you the next three customers who read it.

02 / PLATFORM

Six tools, one manifest.

Stock, shipments and reputation on the same record — so a low-stock alert, a delayed order and a bad review all land in the same queue instead of three different inboxes.

01

Live stock, everywhere you sell

One count for every channel — your own store, marketplaces, wholesale. Sell it once, it's gone everywhere, the instant it happens.

02

Reorder before the stockout does

Set a reorder point once per SKU. Manifest watches the count and pages you — with the supplier and lead time already attached.

03

Order tracking that answers itself

Placed, packed, shipped, delivered — synced from the carrier automatically, with the customer notified before they think to ask.

04

Every review, one inbox

Your site, Google, Amazon, Etsy — every review lands in the same queue, so nothing sits unanswered because it came in on the wrong channel.

05

A trust score built from real signals

Not just a star average — rating trend, review velocity and unresolved complaints roll into one score per product, so you know what needs attention before it tanks.

06

Manifests that generate themselves

Every shipment gets a packing list and manifest automatically — no re-typing an order into a separate shipping tool.

03 / METHOD

Connect your store. The count builds itself.

No re-keying a catalog by hand. Manifest reads the sales you're already making.

Step 1

Connect your store & marketplaces

Your own storefront plus the marketplaces you sell on — connected read-write so a sale anywhere updates stock everywhere.

Step 2

Every sale updates stock in real time

No overnight sync jobs. The count changes the moment the order does, and a reorder point turns into an alert automatically.

Step 3

Reviews and reorders land in one queue

Work the queue once a day instead of checking five dashboards — restock what's low, ship what's ready, answer what's waiting.

04 / FIT

Built to sit inside the stack you already run.

Manifest reads and writes to the storefronts and marketplaces you already sell on rather than asking you to move your catalog.

Storefronts

Shopify, WooCommerce and most cart platforms, connected read-write.

Marketplaces

Amazon, Etsy and eBay listings stay in sync with the same stock count.

Carriers

USPS, UPS, FedEx and most regional carriers feed live tracking automatically.

Export anytime

Inventory, orders and reviews export to CSV on demand — nothing is held hostage.

Encrypted in transit

TLS everywhere data moves. A production build would detail encryption at rest and key handling here.

Role-based access

Give a packer access to orders only, and a manager the full picture — nobody sees more than their seat allows.

We stopped finding out we were oversold from a cancelled-order email. Now the count is just right, everywhere, all the time.

06 / QUESTIONS

The ones we always get.

Does Manifest replace Shopify or Amazon Seller Central?

No — it sits on top of them. Manifest reads and writes to the storefronts and marketplaces you already use so the stock count, the order status and the reviews all live in one place instead of five browser tabs.

How is the trust score calculated?

From rating average, rating trend, review velocity and unresolved complaints — not just stars. The exact weighting is tunable per shop once you're in; this demo ships with sensible defaults.

Can I bring my own product catalog?

Yes — CSV import in the workspace, with a preview before anything is added. A row Manifest can't fully read gets flagged for review, never silently guessed at.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Full export, any time. Inventory, orders, customers and review history all leave in the same CSV format they arrived in.

How long does setup take?

Most shops are live within a day. Connecting your storefront is the only real setup step — the catalog and order history build from there.
